  1. Biskuit marie regal dihancurkan, dibagi 2 bagian, bagian pertama hancurkan sampai halus, bagian ke 2 hancurkan kasar (remukkan biasa smpai jd bagian kecil), Sisakan marie yg utuh untuk topping beberapa..
